General Inquiries

How to create an account?

Go to https://www.airconmarts.com/customer/account/login/. On the right side, you can see create an account button and click it. Fill in the form and click “Create an account”

How to start selling on your platform?

For non-registered customers, please create an account and send us your supporting document for seller’s verification.

For registered customers, you can just login and click on your profile then click “Become a Seller” and send to us your supporting document for seller’s verification.

How to change my email, address, phone number, and change password?

Once you login, go to “My Account”. Under Account Information, please click “Edit”. Tick either change email or change password.

Order

How to order?

You can go to “Shop By Categories” or “Shop By Brand” by searching the keyword of the product that you are looking for. Choose the product and press “Add to Cart” and proceed to checkout.

Can I contact seller for questions or additional documents of my order?

Yes, you can use the Chat Box on product details page.

I ordered wrongly, what to do?

Kindly notify us immediately so we can cancel your order. If the product status has been shipped, we’re unable to change or replace it.

Can I cancel my order?

You can’t cancel your order once it has been placed.

Shipping & Delivery

How many days to deliver the parts?

We will deliver your order within 2-7 business days.

How to change shipping address?

To change your shipping address, go to “My Account”. On the lower part, you can see the “Default Shipping Fee” and click “Edit” to change the shipping address.

Payment

What payment methods you are accepting?

We accept Bank Transfer or PayNow.

You can click the report button on your account

Where to see sales and order reports?

You can check the “Advance Report” on your seller’s account.

Order

Where to check order history?

Once you login, you can check on “My Order History” on the left side.

Can I choose my own courier?

No. We are helping sellers in delivering the ordered parts to customers.

Where to check transaction history?

You can check on “My Transaction List” and you can filter by date and you can download as CSV file.

Shipping & Delivery

How many days to deliver the parts?

AirconMarts will pick up the order from you, and it will be delivered within 2-5 business days.

Payment

How can I withdraw my earnings?

Under my “My Transaction List”, you can see a “Send Withdrawal Request” button to us. We will send an email to let you know what are the next steps.
